About the Role:
Our client, an international telecoms business, are seeking an AI Modelling Specialist to design advanced models that enhance network optimisation and improve customer engagement. This is a highly technical role focused on handling complex datasets and translating findings into practical AI solutions for a global organisation.

You will work on developing algorithms that address critical areas such as predictive maintenance, resource allocation, and customer behaviour analysis. The role requires a strong grounding in statistical modelling and machine learning, as well as the ability to implement models that are both scalable and reliable. It provides a unique opportunity to contribute to digital transformation within a major international player.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise AI models for production systems.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

• Contribute to AI research initiatives and adopt new techniques into live projects.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience with Python and at least one major ML framework.

• Proven record of deploying AI models into production environments.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
