About the Role:
Our client, a fintech development company, are seeking an AI Innovation Lead to identify, design, and deliver pioneering AI solutions that transform financial services. This is a strategic position with both technical and leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape how new technologies are adopted in a competitive sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams in building prototypes, developing proofs of concept, and scaling projects into production. Beyond technical delivery, you will contribute to defining the overall innovation strategy, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of fintech advancements. This is a highly visible role that requires vision, creativity, and the ability to drive change.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise AI models for production systems.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

• Contribute to AI research initiatives and adopt new techniques into live projects.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience with Python and at least one major ML framework.

• Proven record of deploying AI models into production environments.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
